We have made the decision to go ahead with this release sale after taking into consideration the number of refunds we have accepted since the tour was announced. As previously announced, regarding the performances at Mori Transport Arena (Aomori Prefectural Skating Rink) in Aomori on Saturday, September (Sat), (Sun) September 19th, and Monday, September 20th (national holiday), which were previously cancelled, priority re-entry to other performances has begun for ticket holders of the Aomori performance.

・If you were selected at the rescheduled performance date selection desk → Reservation number issued at the time of purchase in 2019
・Those who purchased tickets in the new sales (FC/HP/Lawson Ticket Pre-order) → Reservation number issued at the time of application
*The reservation number required for logging in can also be viewed on the Lawson Ticket e-ticket app, where tickets for the Aomori performance will be displayed from 10:00 on (Sat) September 11th.

In accordance with the "Aomori Prefecture Emergency Response Package for New Coronavirus Infections" issued on August 27, 2021, the Aomori Prefectural Emergency Response Headquarters has requested that all prefectural facilities be closed from September 1 to 30, and that events be canceled or postponed in principle during this period.

In response to this request, we have decided to cancel the arena tour "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM one - man tour 2021-2022 -Editorial-" scheduled to be held on September 18 (Sat), 19 (Sun), and 20 (Monday, national holiday) at Mori Unyu Arena (Aomori Prefectural Skating Rink) in Aomori, Japan.

[Goods sales at venues: COVID-19 prevention measures]

Sales will be conducted in the merchandise sales area with measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please read the following precautions before using the venue sales.

*Only those with tickets for the performance on the day can purchase tickets at the venue.
*Performance tickets will be checked at the merchandise sales entrance.
*There will be no merchandise sales after the show. If you wish to purchase merchandise, please do so before the start of the show.
*When queuing at the merchandise sales area, please line up only by yourself, maintain a certain distance from the people in front and behind you, and wear a mask.
If you have companions, please meet them outside the merchandise area.
*For the safety of customers and staff, we plan to distribute digital numbered tickets using QR codes when the sales floor is crowded.
The ticket issuing system will be via your smartphone, so if you do not have a smartphone, please ask a staff member at the venue.
(Numbered tickets do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase products or secure stock.)
*Products are available in limited quantities. Sales will end once all stock is sold out.

*Payment can be made by credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX) or electronic money (transport electronic money/iD/Rakuten Edy/WAON/nanaco).
Although cash payments are also accepted, we ask that you please use cashless payment methods to prevent the spread of infection.
Please note that you cannot charge your card at the merchandise counter, so please check your balance and charge your card in advance.
*Please note that depending on the reception conditions at the venue, you may not be able to use credit cards or electronic money. In that case, we may ask you to change to paying in cash.

*In the merchandise sales area, staff will be wearing masks and vinyl gloves, and vinyl sheets will be installed.
*When handing over cash, we will use a coin tray to avoid direct contact with cash.
*Please refrain from touching the samples and other exhibits.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products other than defective products. When you receive the product, please be sure to check that there are no mistakes in the product.
