This is a notice for customers who purchased a random gacha via the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM GOODS" app at the K Arena Yokohama performances on July 25th (Sat) and July 26th (Sun), but were unable to receive their items on the day.

[For customers who have not yet received their random gacha on July 25th (Sat)]

Due to inclement weather, we unfortunately had to temporarily suspend the exchange of random gacha prizes at the venue for the performance on July 25th (Sat).

We sincerely apologize to customers who were unable to pick up their orders at the venue due to the inclement weather on the day of the event.

We will ship your order free of charge to all eligible customers.

You do not need to register for delivery, but if you wish to change your delivery address, please do so through the My Page section of the app.

<How to change your address>

① Select "My Page" at the bottom of the app.

② Select "Settings for Identity Verification Information"

③ Make changes via "Edit Address".

<Deadline for Address Changes>

Until 8/2 (Sun) 23:59

*Please note that address changes made after the deadline will not be reflected.

Shipping requests are accepted via the app. Shipping fees will apply to product deliveries.
